Thanks for all the wonderful messages, comments and e-mails.
I have been doing really well.
Enjoying my Maya (and also back to work).
I have taken a few crafty classes in the meantime, to keep my sanity, though I haven’t had the chance to actually make anything (Boooo).
Three of the classes have been with Online Card Classes by Jennifer McGuire and Kristina Werner and I loved every one. They really pack a lot of tips, tricks and general card-inspiration into each class. I highly recommend taking one of their classes.
At the moment I am participating in an ongoing class by them, called: His & Hers.
Today Jennifer taught a wonderful technique involving partial die-cutting’ and I knew I HAD to try it out with my own spin, here are my cards:
His:
Hers:
What do you think about the technique that raised me from the online-dead?

Really super card, Avital! Might I be guessing correctly that you are speaking of precious, little Maya? Or your Mr. Right, he’s right at the top of the list, too. We’ve missed you and thrilled to see your creativity is still as inspiring as ever.
Thank you so much! This is for my Mr. Right. He makes my wonderful time with Maya even more wonderful (and sane).
Oooo, I love the cards and I love that you’re back! Ditto what Monika said…we’ve missed you!!
Thanks!!! You are so sweet. I’m not sure that I’m 100% back but I am doing my best to squeeze some crafty time and whenever I manage to do that – I’m sharing everything with ou guys 🙂 Your encouragement means the world to me!!!
Love how you lined up the circles and the red card just pops. beautiful!
Thank you!
I love your take on these cards, Avital. They’re stunning! (I’m enjoying the class too!)
Thanks so much! I love all their classes.
